The sessions focused on the evolving role of educators in today's dynamic learning environment, highlighting the importance of empathy, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful teacher-student relationships. Discussions explored the changing needs of children, the impact of technology and social influences on learning, and practical approaches to fostering emotionally safe and inclusive classrooms.
Through thoughtful reflection and interactive discussions, the sessions reaffirmed that beyond academics, compassionate teaching and genuine human connection remain at the heart of every child's growth and development.
